Will Quick cure kill my beneficial bacteria ?

I am gonna have to use quick cure on my moms tank its overstocked and got a form of protozoa. This tank literally just finished cycling will the malachite green or anything else in quick cure kill the beneficial bacteria ?

As long as you do not over dose it you will be fine. Mal. green can kill bacteria, but only at higher levels. You might want to salt them as well. Like 1tbs per 5g water.
