well i just got my first LMB from the wild and has been doin well in the tank for about 24 hrs now. i was wondering if adding stuff like stress zyme and anti bacterial and fungal meds will harm the fish considering its never been exposed to anything of the sort?

Don't add anything without reason. If the fish is fine, let him be fine, and save your money!

Edit: And if you do have reason, no it should not harm him. Many fish commonly available in the trade are wild-caught, and respond well to medication. Antibiotics have the propensity to kill your biological filter; hopefully, this tank is cycled, and if it is, you don't want to kill the bacterial filter, so do use caution when employing antibiotics. Again, though, do not add anything if there's nothing wrong.

the only medication I would use on a wild caught fish even without symtoms is possibly a dewormer or praziquantal
