I will be setting up a 10FtX36X30 in about 3 months after my 220 and a couple new 75s are finished. I have 3 main fish in mind. Aro, African Tiger and an Armatus. I have seen a few pics with these guys together. I was just wondering if anyone has any first hand exp. with this combo. It would be a way for me to get the three I wanty combined. Save me alot of $. I have a future plan of a real big tank, but I am sure this will house them for awhile. Please any input would be appreciated.

the atf and armatus most likely wont work. ive only seen this combo succeed once (long term) and it was a 1200 gallon tank.
the aro and armatus might work as long as the aro is bigger.
in my case my armatus wont have any tankmates except for rays. he has shanked an atf badly, and killed 2 or 3 aro's in his career.

Hmmm. well I def do not want any probs with any of the fish. I will have to sit back and think a little more on this one. I am limited with space so I can't set up too many "big" ones. The AFT and Amr are the most imp since they are very rare hard to come by and cost a lot of $$$, but I would never want to jeapordize any form of life. (besides what I designate as feeders of course

100Gall? I am talking about a 10FtX36X30 to start with LOL, I won't have any problems with tank size. i am just wondering how they will work out together. The was it looks though is the Armatus might be the trouble maker, and yes if I act some what fast I can pick up a 8" for 400-450$$$ Thats teh cheapest and only I can find at the time
If you are in FL, ATF are illegal.
Make the tank really nice, through in a huge armatus and a bunch of other fish like cardinals, corys, small cichlids, and make it a nice bio-type set up. That would NICE!
