Just a couple comments
The Vieja synspilla is not brackish, and especially "not" the krib.
Also Gymnogeophagus like cool temps, low 70s and 60s, the paradise can also take cool temps, but the discus prefer warm 80s.

it all sounds good to me, the fish won't be in their most suited surroundings but as long as you keep the water quality good they shouldnt suffer.

and Duanes Vieja Synspilla is found in full strength seawater in the wild, they are very adapted and along with the mayan cichlid and a few others seem to be capable of living for extended periods in seawater or heavy brackish. light brackish would definately not effect them in any way

my only issue is that a 75 is too cramped for a pair of vieja let alone the tankmates, I had to get rid of my redhead because it was just too aggressive, that was in a 225 gallon.

I thought it was blackbelts that reside in bw and sw environment in the wild...but as you said aggression and size are issues that will make it not work in 75
