I want to replace my java moss with my baby tears and my water sprite with Ludwiga acuata, Rotala rotunifolia and Potamogeton perfoliatus (i dont think these are too hard of plants to keep right? but i wanted to make sure they would fit in the system i would be able to change things like ferts and such, everything except substrate and lighting)

I know the plants currently stocked are not at any standards are difficult but all except the Radican ferns are producing babies in one form or another or in the anubias nana's case have some type of bud.

Setup:
30gal
30in Colormax, Full-Spectrum and 6700k (Freshwater Aqualight T-5)
40lbs of Eco Complete Planted Aquarium Substrate
CO2 injection from Nutrafin CO2 Natural Plant System
no ferts but if needed i might be able to make a regiment
temp- 76F
ph- 6.8-7.0
Slow Current from HOB
Weekly w/c of 30%
