Will these snails interbreed?

ok since no one is gonna answer, i asked someone else and the answer is no because spixi lay eggs aquaticly and the mystery snails lay above water
Not only because they lay eggs in different places, but they are from an entirely different genus, not just different species. The only interspecies hybrids that are possible between any commonly kept aquatic snail are spixies crossed with Marisa cornuarietis, Giant Columbian Rams. That can and often does happen.
