They will breed, and you will end up with some pinks, and some blacks, with the occasional calico.
YES!!! I got a brood of about 100 right now! Pink male, black and white female. This is the 2nd time in 2 months!
I think the question is will they ever stop breeding. Cons go at it like rabbits. I've had them even try to spawn in a cooler while I was moving my tank into my new place!
If you pull the fry, they'll breed again within 3-5 days. That's pretty quick.
If I remember my genetics correctly, Black crossed with Pink will give you only blacks with the pink gene recessive. Unless the black is already carrying the pink gene, then you will get some rendition of 25/50/25. You won't get any calicos unless both parents are carrying the recessive for it.

Probably smaller spawns, but they tend to get right after it. It doesn't take them much to develop 300 eggs over 100 eggs if they are well-fed. I've had them tending to one group of fry and cleaning off a spot to spawn again.
