Will they spawn in a glass bottom tank?

Just wondering if my bass will spawn in my tank where there is no substrate? ive put a couple of picks up for you all to look at and help me out in the pick with the two fish looking at the anal fins i can see an obvious differece, the male with the hump has a pointy anel fin and (Hopefully) the female has a more rounded anel fin and is smaller but same age. I have tryed venting them and took them out of the tank but was in a panic lol and couldnt really tell. I have 2 males that fight all the time but never fight the (Hopefully) female. I only ever see her push them around. is this mating behavour and have i spotted out the male and female right? also will she lay on a log like that ? cheers

thanks heaps for the replys what do u think its a 180 gallon and i have 3 pbass in there and one log. should i put more rocks / logs in there so that the hopefull pair feel safe from the other bass or is there no need to worry?

I would pass on the eel if you want to try to spawn your bass. How big is your bass now?
