Currently Im stocking my 210g so far have obtain:
2-motaguense-males (8-9'' and 5-6'')
2-loisellies females (both 5-7'')
1-oscar (11-12'')
And I am thinking of adding:
a pair of fredrichstahlii (m-13'' & f-9'')
Carpintis (still looking)
4-raphael catfish.

So far the my current set up is going great.

I don't think a 210 is gonna be enough for all those fish. If I were you, I would loose all the other fishes and make an all Parachromis tank.

The only thing I could think would be agression between the parachromis species. Or maybe something killing the oscar

aggression may be a problem with that many fish. but fish are all different so sometimes it works. guaranteed way to have a good tank is stick with what u got

I would say it's slightly overstocked but to me that's not a problem. What matters is how you keep'em and how they feel about it. Being different genus and quite many you might not have major difficulties. What about some pics with your new setup?

Currently stock the Oscar is the alpha and gold mota is the bravo all others just fit in I also have 3 large SD. Only aggro I see for now is an occassional chase, but there is fin damage or lip locking. My plan was and still maybe to run only a parachromis tank stoping at the pair of freddies that I may or may hot come into in a couple of weeks. The Carpinte is a big maybe. The Raphaels I need in there to just even things out.
BTW I removed the smallest f.Loisellie and put it in mew used but new 135g (I got from a retiring member) but not because of aggro.

One of the most beautiful fish i've ever owned was a male Freddy but he never got close to 13",more like 8-9".

You may have to many predators in your 210 which may not be aggressive but territorial.

The Raphaels won't help you a bit. They are strictly nocturnal and cannot function as dither fish or whatever your plan to use'em is.

The raphael will do as they already have scavage the bottom not as dithers and beside they are one of my favorites. And so you know I have/had my raphaels in with my dovii, grammodes, midas, carpinte and oscar and they are still alive and well. Im not worried about seeing all the time I'll know were ther hiding.

With 2 male Motas and 2 female Loisellis you will likely have some cross breeding…

With 6 Parachromis (2 Motas, 2 Loiselli, 2 Freddi) I feel you will have way too many similar (Parachromis) fish in the tank…

Having the potential of 3 breeding pairs of Parachromis in a “community” tank is asking for more risk than I would put in a community tank…

…and my God I’d hate to be that Oscar…
