i'm sorry. I tried to read that a couple times and my brain hurts now.

Run on sentence...too long... cant break.. into separate thoughts..... must ...read slower..... cant.. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Seriously though. If i understand your question..

Will an 84x30x30 be large enough for a
TSN
RTC
Parrot
Oscar
and 10 Cichla
?

I would say yes. To a point. It will be big enough for them for a long while.
Eventually i would say they will be pretty cramped. But not for a while.

What you'll need to worry about more is making sure your RTC doesnt eat your Parrots, Oscars and other fish while they are growing. They can fit pretty big stuff in their mouths.

You might be able to keep about 4 peacock bass in that tank for life as long as they are not cichla temensis, they will grow well over 2 foot. You'll need to check what type of peacock bass your lfs is getting. Most likely monoculus which will be fine. You will have to sell your parrots and your oscar and also your cats will be 2 foot long in less than 2 years.

My advice would be to sell the parrots and oscar now. Get the bass and grow them to about 12" then sell 6 of them.
What are your plans for housing the cats when they grow over 2 foot?

if your building it your self then i would go for 36" wide...

really six inches deeper to 36" would make a big difference, and if at all possible I would try to go another 12" longer, but not a need, just from experience I know it will be nice to have, and sooner than you think! with the right water quality, temp., and feeding these fish will grow big and beautiful.
