Hey guys so I have always wanted to keep a planted aquarium, but have never actually done it before. I want to do a planted tank now though. I have a 75gallon (48 1/2in x 18 1/2in x 21in). On the top is a 48in T8 single bulb fixture. A friend who keeps fish recommended this bulb:

I wanted to double check before ordering it as I was thinking I needed more watts per gallon? I wasnt sure exactly how to figure out the lumen output of this specific bulb. Thanks so much!
