Will this heal? just a scratch

so my arowana was shocked today bcs some little kid hit the tank n the aro was startled n hit the wall. as u cn see in the picture the aro kinda scratched off his upper lip so to speak.

i added some salt. how long will this heal? but his appetite is still as good as always. was super xcited to gulp lotsa hikari pellets

thanks for the info. im doing partial water changes more frequently now. almost everyday. about 10-20 %

My aro freaks from time to time n gets scratches n "bruises" thats kinda what they look like jus not black and blue obviously... But pretty mich everythong heals within a week for sure i dont even add salt... Hes a tough sucker. He jus wont learn that that reflective thing above him is hard lol.
