will this micron sock work?

Ok i am going to be running a 180g soon, i will be pushing anywhere from 800gph-1000gph. My question is, will a single 7"x16" 100micron sock? and actually last a couple days before it overflows? I know this depends on how dirty the tank is, but its just going to be geos and severums. It will be fed with 2 1" piping. Any help would be great.

I will be running 2 of them on my 225 with 2600gph so I think it would work

it will work. i have a 100 micron on my 240 and i have 12 abalios and 5 heckelii in there. it lasts about 4-5 days before it starts to overflow. they say, if u can get the 2 in 1 socks they are better. like 100/50 micron.

You guys make me think my tank is a toxic waste land. I have both DIY socks and store bought and I am like super happy if they go two days normally 1 day. I even recently tossed in a canister filter filled with bonded matt and poly fill. geez

I run a single 100 micron 7" sock on a 210 and 2000 gph with a heavy bioload and get at least three days 'tween changes. You should be fine.
