Will this pond work Need as much info as possible!

I will probably be building an outdoor pond here is the size, 8" long and 30 inches wide it will contain roughly 120 gallons as it will be very shallow (12 inches) the bottom will be either cement or tile. this is a monster fish pond and i will have for sure an oscar and a turtle and hope fully the following lima shovelnose, stingray, acarichthys heckelli, geophagus, uara, and a pike. how does this sound i will probably install a fountain and a filter of appropriate size. i live in brazil so it NEVER gets below 70 and 75 is rare. the substrate will be sand and their will be a lot of driftwood etc. there will also be shade. can my fish live in this or am i over looking something?

Sounds like your stock list is to big for you tank/pond, but thats just my opinion.
