will this sand be safe for my softshell??

it's from home depot...vs the "general purpose" sand...when i examined the "general purpose"..the grains weren't very smooth..so i'm assuming that might cut my softshell...just wondering if this one will be ok...thanks for anyone with any knowledge on the matter

aight thanks ichiban..does pool filter sand come 100% silica?..or some silica?..and is that okay?...heard silica is poisonous

I used the play sand pictured. It is cheaper than pool filter sand and makes no difference at all.

Same here, that is what I use for my Spinies
