Will this size tank be big anough?

I'm thinking of building a tank 43" x 24" x 24" (i want to build it that size to fit into an alcove in my living room) and would like to know if it would be large enough to house my Notopterus Notopterus.

i would think so - from what i have read they get around 15 - 18 inches max, and dont move too fast or anything, so i think it would be fine
