Will this stock list work?

I'm a bit unhappy with my current stock list and I am planning for a change around Christmas/December. It's a 70g.

The list:
5-6 Discus
12 Panda Corys
8 Marble Hatchets
12-15 Zebra Danios
2 German rams
2 Gold rabbit snails
12 Amano shrimp
2 Pictus catfish
1 Gold nugget pleco

I'm getting a feeling that this is seriously overstocked :/ Am I wrong?

Any tips would be great!

The only thing I can add to this is that the pictus cats will eat the shrimp.

doesnt look overstocked to me. as long as u keep up with waterchange u should be good. i personally would get rid of the pictus cat and the danios. u already have upper level swimmers (hatchets) u should get another group of small tetra's that swim in the middle to lower level so the tank wouldnt look so packed. but thats just my opinion. ur list is fine tho

I'll get rid of the pictus. I wanted the danios because they school even when they're not stressed or scared unlike how my current tetras never school...
