Will this stock work?

For a 40 gallon,
3 Platys male:female ratio
2 rams
6 yellow tail or neon tetras
6 zebra danios
4 Otos
1 BN pleco
5 loaches
I'll add sand and a ac110 and plants
Am I overstocked? Will all the algae eaters work if i give them algae wafers or can I substitute some out? Can I get more fish? Please answer!

As for it working or not I'm no expert at most of those type of fish but most of them seem peaceful. Also I don't see it as overstocked as most of those fish stay at a small size. What kind of loaches? Only thing would be if they are clown loaches they would eventually outgrow your 40 gallon but they are extremely slow growers.

Sorry I forgot to mention there khuli loaches. They don't get big, can I add anymore fish safely? I want some centerpiece fish or some guppies or Dalmatian Molly's
