I currently have a 55 gal running with 1 uaru, 2 pictus, and one full grown 5 inch pleco.

Will adding 4 blood parriots to this maybe work or is that too may aggressive fish. These fish are a few years old but are really small IMO, they have been living in a 20 gal together for a year or so.

Are the blood parriots going to get larger because they are put into a bigger tank,

What if only one or two were in the tank. These are my rommates fish and she's trying to get rid of a tank

A lot of people love to ram as many BP's as they can into as small of tanks as they can, but the truth is they get larger than what you expect. I sold off mine at 8 or 9 inches after it spent its life in a 55 gallon. Four of them will be to much.

A healthy (which can sometimes be hard to find), well cared for BP should get this size, and with your other tankmates I doubt it will work.

Aggression isn't something you should be worried about.
Cramming that many fish into a small tank spreads out the aggression more so than 2 uarus and the rest of your stock would for instance.
However, like others have stated, all of your fish gets quite large, and it would leave them little to no swimming space, which is never healthy for any fish.

My parrot of 15 years recently passed and he was nearly the size of a nerf football. He lived 12 out of his 15 years in a 55 with a couple of Raphael cats. I say add only one blood parrot.
