Please not phase.....the pink sponges were in a75 gallon tank w/ c360 marineland canister.trying to seed...and maybe use as filter?4 porcelain bio tubes to.not much but all I had extra...hob-s on a ten gallon

If the pink sponge was used on the 75 long enough to establish a colony of beneficial bacteria, I don't see why it wouldn't work.
