Im planning on getting a humerosa ray 6"-7" disk, and was wondering will there be a problem if i putted the ray in with my 16" jardini in a 180g.
Thanks all

my experience with jardini is jardinis tend to be a more agreesive aro and the 180 will only be able to house the ray for a couple years.

i had to get rid of my jar because he started taking shots at my rays

really tough one... jardini is very aggressive... there was a tig and a jardini in my lfs for awhile together and one day the jardini damn near killed it... the answer is pretty much do you wanna try it....

i really want to get a ray or maybe get one or two more arowanas in there with my jardini. OR get other monstrous fish but dont know what kind. Any advices?

I'de drop the jar. I HIGHLY doubt you will be able to mix any other arro in there with it. I had one for a while. Killed more fish than anything I've ever had. I limit myself to 1 fish that gets its own tank and that's a fahaka.

IF you have to get rid of it to have rays......well that just makes the choice all the easier.... bye bye jar jar. Replace it with a black arro and you'll probobly have to force yourself to remember you had one.

other aros and jar dont mix.... typically jars are not good with any other fish... get rid of the jardini get a silver and black aro some rays and be good to go...
