I am going too buy a 240g tank, ill be putting those fish into it till they outgrow, the fish that are going into a pond ar marked:D

1x Perruno Cat Pond
1x Red Tail Cat Pond
1x Blue Whale Shark (Cetopsis coecutiens)
3x Clown Knife Pond
2x Polypterus Lapradei
1x Silver Arowana Pond
1x African Tigerfish (Vittatus) Pond
5x ST Datnoids
2x RB Pacu

My questions are:
Wich fish will i have too move into another tank because he grows too slow?
How many inches per month does Perruno Cat grow?

Only one will need to be moved but it's because it's to fast, The Red Tail Blows everything else out of the water for Growth speed

while small they grow fast but it depends on your feeding schedule, I doubt very much that you'll get your hands on a real Perruno but a Marble is the same growth anyway so it doesn't matter what you call it unless your trying to sell it .

That "blue whale shark" is a BAD IDEA for this tank...they should be a species only fish

I suggest doing some research on these fish and if you plan to put them together then you will need to stagger the purchases (slowest growers first) which means your Redtail should be one of the last ones put in... and even then your prob going to lose somebody

I would include the two pacu on the pond list.

I know about a true one for only 66.62$
Isnt this a true Perruno (Perrunichthys perruno)

Now, remind me...
How many rays does a true perruno have?

The fish pictured is a marble catfish. Perrunos have 8, and I count more than that even without seeing the entire dorsal. As for the RTC I would buy all your other fish a year ahead of the RTC. After they have grown a year, get your RTC, and in 6 months he'll catch up to them, and in another year he'll surpass them. I had my fish before my RTC some for over a year longer, and he outgrew all but one of my TSN, and my channel catfish is currently giving him a run for his money.
