Need some advice from raykeepers..as I'm going back to my home town due to Eid celebration for at least 5 days..I'm planning to do the following for my 3 rays ..

From now to the 3rd week of Sept will feed them heavily and do WC 30% every 3 days. 3rd week will do WC 20% daily and still feed them heaviliy. 2 days before leaving, will get them as much as possible ghost shrimp.

tank size 622 with 4x15"x15" sump with sponge, jap mat, CRs, biohome and biohome+

bioload - 1 9" motoro, 1 6" MM, 1 7" MM, 2 red mahseer 7" and 2 IT 5".

Can they survive without WC/food for 5 days?

3rd week I would increase your water change to more than 20% IMO

Just curious why heavily feed 2 days before and not the day you leave?

either way if your rays are healthy they should be fine...

i would do 30% every other day up untill your 2 days before.... but you should be fine... if they are healthy

err that is live ghost shrimp.. so that they can eat the shrimp for 2 to 3 days while i'm away.. only worry with the bioload... yeah they're healthy.. and eat alot a the moment..
