Hi ths is just a bit of investigation work first, I am not really concerned about the ply wood side of things but just the glass.
I am thinking of a 8'x4.5'x4' yip thats right LxHxD. Now we all know we cannot or should I say advised not to go over 3 ft with glass because of bowing and then breaking point because of pressure load. What is stopping me using 4 pieces of glass 10mlx4'x2thick with a thickish 4"x4" cross beam Left to right and top to bottom centre.
Question
#1. would 10ml be thick enough If not what thickness
#2. if this is too much pressure on any thickness would reducing the glass to10mlx3'x2'
