Wimple Piranha Help

I am looking at getting 2 -4 Wimple Piranha. What will I need? How big of tank? How big do they get? How big of filter and what brand? Do they group up that well? I a new at owning fish, and want to do it right.

they get to 3" as adults, so they can be kept in a relitivley small tank, for 2-4 i'd still do about 40-50 gallons, to keep aggresion down. do a large powerfilter, or a smaller canister filter, such as a ac110, or fluval 204
