actually this is one of thier pre installed wallpaper,for those who haven't tried windows 7 well they are cool.combining some effects and interface of imac and some linux securities,somewhat similar to vista though
depends how you pronounce your E's.
remmember not all people who speak ENGLISH speak it with an AMERICAN accent.
if you want to complain about accents then get your own langauge instead of ruining Englands one.
that being said Windows 7 is really good, ive had it a few months now and the new taskbar makes organizing multiple programmes easier than ever. it basicaly is a cross of the good points of XP and Vista (not that vista had many)
