Ok ya'll.. this Saturday it's supposed to be around 50 so I'm gonna go bullhead fishing. I plan on using Chicken Liver on one pole and hot dogs on another. I've never really fished in the winter so what times would ya'll recommend? I'm assuming catfish will be pretty deep this time of year but I'm open for suggestions. It's going to be in a small 5 acre pond...

I would head out at around the time the sun come's up or a little before .. be ready to sit out there all day . the fish right now are slow and sluggish and not feeding normally but you may still get a bite or too .. good luck :D
