a frien of mine just bought 1 so he can use my internet,i was just wondering if other people can steal/leech of a wired connection?

when you set it up it should let u set a password so u need the password to acces it (well atleast that's what mine did)

If you see other cables drilled thru the wall or thru a window, then buddy, you have some issues, people are leeching your net connection!!!!! A good way to find out who the culprits are is follow the cable to their house! But don’t be fooled! One of the cabled will lead to your computer! Those sneaky web people are so tricky!

Dude, unless you have a wireless network card or router, there is no way anyone can leech your net connection.
