Wisdom teeth

Does anyone know how long you are supposed to wait to return to work after having ur wisdom teeth removed.
U was going to wait for a holiday but the pain is unbearable. Im off monday but return to work 230 am Tuesday.

Well depends on the way its extracted. From straight forward good ole yank it out, to complicated hacking and slashing at the gums and jawbone(like me)
It would take from a couple of days to a week. Also depends on how fast the swelling goes down and bleeding stops.
I was knocked out for a week, mainly from the painkillers the dentist prescribed.

It all depends. I had mine cut out one day and the next I wanted to go work out in a hot dusty sweaty hay field. Than a friend of mine had hers cut out and was out for a couple of days. Also what is the drug code where you work I got hydo 500's. Best of luck to you.

Depends on how many and what method is used...

I yanked two out in one go and after a day was back at work...

My sister had all 4 out and went under the knife im hospital to remove them and had 1 or 2 weeks off..

So really depends on how you feel and the method used...
