The woman just called and said the power is out. It's been out all day. I'm still 1.5 hrs from home and feel helpless.

She's adding hot water and trying to oxygenate it for me. 1 wc xingu is already gone. I'm having her run an extension cord to the neighbors for the time being.

Yes, rest all the breakers. If that doesn't work, turn off all the breakers and tap each one with a hammer. TAP THEM.
Or, if you have a safety outlet, just reset it.

normally yes haha. that's the first thing i had her do was check the fuse panel. We just moved into this house and the transfer dates got screwed up somehow.
