with a Clown Knife?

Mine get along fine, actually the clown lays on top of the ornate alot of times! Both are about the same size
 
Get some clown loaches too.
 
I got my 21" clown knife with a 5 inch senegal and had a 4" ornate (jumped out). I let the senegal and clown meet when the senegal was 5inches and the clown was like 20 inches. they get along, the senegal even rests on the clowns big head :headbang2
 
I was just at the Vancouver aquarium, and they housed (2) fire eels (~30"), a large clown knife (~ 24"), and an asian aro together. No signs of aggression, but they were in a large (250 g?) tank. Your clown and the poly should be alright.
 
just don't put him with a synodotus europtus catfish, this morning my 6" attacked my 4" catfish, cat still alive couldn't fit the whole thing in his mouth, he had been stalking this fish for about two weeks real funny site, he goes limp and waits for the catfish to come around the piece of wood and then shoots at it. took him two weeks so i admire his determination!!!! he was my very first bichir and the only one with external gills LOOKS AWESOME HOLLA BACK :WHOA: :headbang2
 
Thanks guys--its been a while and I have tried a TSN and an Albino Oscar and my CK has beaten them both up!! Never thought a CK could be that aggressive! So I am going to back down on getting the Ornate--what about Cichlids?
