Wlaking Catfish very sick

Hi, i have a walking catfish that ive had for 2 years. Every few mounth he was developing small pink growth on his head that disappeared a few weeks after with medical treatment. about 2 weeks ago he developped them again. 2 days ago he stopped showing interest in food and today he started to show nerological sighs as iirraticly swimming, swimming upside down,twitching his body while swimming.
I wanted to ask for help in diagnosting and treating this disease. He is in a small tank about 50 L water p are 0,,0,10.

Would post ur water parameters and pics. Also choose another font color.

Would lower the water level so it can stay right side up. Add some paragaurd. Can you post a pic or video of the fish. Thanks.

I’m just guessing. Can’t truly tell w/o
Skin scrapes, biopsies etc. could be lymphocystis or a parasite and the fish is responding to it. Paragaurd helps with external pathogens and supposedly with the virus in water, per tech support, although I doubt it. It’s a safe approach till pics or see how it responds.
 
He started to spin todat like he is chasing he's tail, he's doing it all day wothout stopping, does anyone see smoething like it? do you what it is?
