WNY/ Para Pleco

Well I found pix of these amazing fish, and now i know i MUST have one. My question is if anyone knows a good store for rare fish/pleco's in general in the western new york area? I know some places have cool fishes on line, but the thought of sending some poor, and expensive fish through the mail greatly frightens me. I'd rather get one local, or where i could drive and pick it up.

think about it this way

1. the pleco comes from the distributer through the mail and is then thrown in a tank to be poked and pestered until someone buys it, where its captured and stuffed into a bag, to enjoy a long bumpy ride home.

2. the pleco comes from the distributer to your door.

You'd be doing it a favor ordering straight from the distributer imo.

lol true enough. I actually think i found a store that can get them though. Call me old fashioned but mail order just makes me nervous.


So now i just have to figure out what ELSE to get!

Para Plecs are so beautiful when mature. Bright yellow/gold all over with a large black spots. Got a great pic of a mature one too.
