Wolf fish help!!

My red wolf fish is not jumping as much any more but when it does, it’s damaging his face on the lid. I’m putting bubble wrap on the underside of the lid, but he’s already damaged his mouth/face- pic-
I’m wondering if I should run an antibiotic now? I have furan 2 and kanaplex on hand
Any advice is appreciated

Pics are a bit blurry. Clean water and stopping the trauma usually enough. But if it’s a bad scrape can use the furan2.

The bubblewrap seems to have helped, it’s looking better today and there’s no new scrapes

The scratch on his mouth isn’t looking any better, wondering if I should start the furan 2 or just give it more time
