I am interested in Wolf fish but can not seem to find alot of information on them.

a. What is minimum size tank for 1?
b. What types of wolves are there?
c. I know its probably a long shot, but can they be housed with any other fish?

Thanks in advance.

1.)is there a one that you like ?

2.) well there lots of defirent species just depends on the top Q

3.) if you get a colored wolf they are able to be housed with larger cichlids

Well, I would just like to put some research in before getting one. Like different ways they can looks, sizes, etc. I plan on getting a tank no bigger than maybe 75g. What could I work with.

Also for instance, this guy looks cool, could i get him in a 75g for life? (what type as well)

yea you could acctuly keep that guy in a 20gal long for life

its called a rainbow wolf fish
specs from what i know

max size: 8"
agression: agressive and will eat pretty much anything small than it
tank size: at least a 20gal long
tank mates: cichlids that can take a beating ( convicts, firemouth idk ?)

im not sure if you can have more than 1 in a tank

Wow that is awesome. I think that is what I will do. I think I will get a 60g, with that little guy and maybe a GT or two? Would that would?

I also really like jaguar cichlids, would that be possible or no?

well i wouldnt do jags

gt might work but i would shoot with something less valueable

order up a new one

i wouldnt order that one tough

wait for massive agression to get there new wolves in

nate has some special wolves coming in :)
im getting one also

What would be a good type to look into for my condtions?

I strongly disagree.. a 20g for life would be cruel for one. Mine is 9" TL and he could use an aquarium larger then his current 50g breeder.
