Can a wolf fish of any kind live happily in a 35 gallon tank (30x20x12)? Also what are some things I will need to know, water parameters, decor, temperature, tankmates (doubt it), and feeding.
Thanks

for life? no wolves get pritty big but that is a good tank size to grow them out in i have seen wolffish over 12" you need to be commited there isnt much at all you can put with it and not to metion they are boring unless you are feeding them if you get a wolf i would recomend a rainbow hifin wolf because htey have more color and they move around more and correct me is im wrong but i think they dont get as big and try to get them on krill hikari sinking carnivore pellets if he doesnt take them use feeder guppies others will come soon and tell you what you should feed them
so good luck with them hope they live and prosper

the smallest kinds of the wolf is the hoplias microlepis, and it grows out to a maximum size of about a foot. But i doubt u have the microlepis for they are rare, so i'm guessing u have a hoplias malabarcus, which grows out to feets
