Wolf fish's fins

My wolf fish's fins look like they're getting really torn but there are no other fish in there with him besides feeder guppies. He's currently in a 15 gallon aquarium. Anything I can do to help heal the fins? Thanks!

What are your water parameters?

+1 water parameters are necessary. Ammonia, nitrites, nitrates and Ph are required.
