So its been several weeks, 2-3 now since he ate his last goldfish. Ive tried to give him other things, and he ignores it. Ive tried bits of shrimp, and now ive tried a bit of catfish. So far, nogo... How long has it been that you Wolf hasn't had any food? Im hoping he would eat before he starves...

Is your wolf fish active or does he normally hide during the day? My rainbow wolf is active and snaps at whatever I drop in without thinking twice. He became a pursuit rather than ambush predator. The common wolf fish at work are the same way. They are all in a 40br with large cichlids so they learn to be aggressive and jump at the quickest splash. All of these wolf fish are on mostly frozen foods. The wolf fish who would tend to hide during the day at work never converted to frozen.

So I say try to get yours to react to seeing you or to at least be alert when you want to feed him. Then either start with freshly killed goldfish or frozen krill since he is most likely to eat foods that look like live goldfish. And slowly work your way down until the point he is eating just about everything.

I agree, you should try whole dead fish first! It would help if you could show us a picture, but I would guess that he can easily last another 2-3 weeks.
