What wolf species is this? I've kept red hifins and rainbows before in the past but this one looks a bit different?

I didn't know Wolf fish were illegal. If there's a certain species that is legal, I'm sure it's the Red-Fin Wolf. I've seen a few for sale before.

I don't really know much about wolves either, this one's not even mine, it's a friends... but yeah, benzjamin i think you're right because i seen some around FS awhile back too.

All wolves are legal except the malabaricus, they're the only ones illegal in Cali. But still, I always see malabaricus for sale at lfs.
