Just picked up my first ever wolf cichlid fingers crossed its a male will post some pics up later its only 1" at the moment so am looking forward to seeing it turn into a monster.

Any pics of small males just want to no if its male soon as really, mite go grab a few more just to be safe. Mine showed some real nice blues in the Lfs.

Look for spots/specs of black brown to dark blue in the unpaired fins,body and face. If those exist it is a male.

Cheers mel. And cenk u got a lovley fish Ino mine is very small but it looks identical to yours. What is the best food to feed an promote quick growth tryed blood worms yesterday but think he was a little stressed still will hikari be ok.
