Some of you might have seen this already. I think this is fascinating not just because of what the woman is doing but because of the sharks behavior.

Good stuff she's doing and good to see so many sharks swimming about what with them being hunted down and killed for their fins.
Did a lot of diving in the keys, the sharks never loved it and never stood still haha but they rarely refused some help!
Being a keen angler it doesn't matter what your quarry, you must ensure your gear is up to the job of landing the fish you are after. I wonder how many cases of these sharks with hooks in their mouths were simply down to the basic errors of an angler who wasn't using sturdy enough gear. Granted, angling isn't exactly target specific, a shark could take a bait of an angler who's using light gear fishing for something else.
But I wager than many of these cases of snapped or bitten through line are down to angler error.

I would guess most of these sharks were caught and the line simply cut at the boat by the angler to avoid more injury/stress to the shark, or the angler. Good for her for taking the hooks out, but not something the average diver should attempt. Notice she is wearing a chainmail suit and gloves.
