Can i have a fahaka puffer in a 55?
or can i have a school of pea puffers?

Fahaka is a definite NO... you need imo at least 200G+ to keep them happy and healthy...

As for pea puffers, now they would have a field day in a 55G but not with your current stock list as they will get eaten due to their small size...

Also you would need a fair amount of decor to keep them from tearing each other apart if things go south...
