Wont eat any pellets

i have two cichla 5" and 3 1/2" both occel and both of live food.

they eat like pigs when it come to frozen silversides, frozen prawn, frozen blood worms, freeze dried shrimp(their favorite) but they refuse any pellets.

i have tried the stuffing of the silversides but they end up spitting out the pellet... they wont even eat massavore!!!

Just be happy theyre off live. Feeding them shrimp and silver sides isn't bad, just a bit inconvenient when compared to pellets.

my jd and kenyi won't eat pellets either, only frozen foods and larger 'crispy' flakes.

keep trying to stuff the pellets.....dont stuff every silverside or piece of shrimp to throw em off. Try smaller pieces of pellet. I feel ya cause my azuls are the same way....but they are 13 and 16"....so they are pretty much set in their ways.
