IN FISH PARADISE
hi all ...

i wanna build a new wooden stand but i wanna know the connection and how to put them it is for only 1 tank ...

so if u have any pics that shows me the connections well ( corners .. sides ... nails ... )

i really need this help ...

waiting for ur replays and pics ..

thanks , George

How big is the tank you wanna use? I would recommend dowels and glue, if you are unexperienced with them screws work just fine.

Theres plenty of stand plans on here, but if your curious about joints this works fine. I'm at work on linux so I am limited on what I can draw with.

This is assuming you are NOT using 4x4 posts, if you are using 4x4 posts there is a much better way to do this. Also if the tank is 125+Gals theres "better" ways to do this as well.

If its a smaller tank, weight is hardly an issue.

I would make a V with 2 pieces of 1x or 2x (depending on what you are using) to make the post. Drive screws in along arrow.

If you make the top of the "V" post flush with your spanning beams, the weight will be evenly distributed throughout.

the tank is small around 60 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm ... not big

and this is the first time for me to build a wooden stand ...

so what now >>>
