well, my retic had the worst feeding issue i've ever seen. every possible different kind of food and it wouldn't take anything. later then i found out it was a wild caught retic. made sure the next one i buy eats already b4 i take it so then i came across this:

That's going to be nice! Post a pic once it's in the tank.

:headbang2 nice ray!:headbang2

hope he eats!

deffinatly eats already. took food after the first 5 mins. she's chillin in a 4ft 60gal for right now til i know for sure she takes food readily n agressively then im adding her to my 150gal. thanks for looking guys. ill post pics of her in the 150gal.

only thing not perfect about her at this moment is she had a heater burn on the edge of her disc, so it almost looks like a male nipped her disc or something. its growing back but can anyone confirm the edge of the disc will deffinatly grow back completly and scar free looking? or will her spots in that area be sorta smudged forever? i dont mind if it does because it'll make it unique. im just curious

her tail is fatter then my thumb. her tail is about 6" or so and her disc is anywhere from 6 to 8 inches around...

any info on recovery of burn or bites to the disc? do stingray disc's usually grow back completly if an area of it was burnt or bitten off? thanks

CONGRATS!!! she looks great.. as for the heater burn..add the salt like they said.. you should only be able to tell from the bottom of the disk..
