Just out of curiosity has anyone made a fish tank out of a refrigerator that still worked? I'm actually doing some research on aquarium chillers, and theres a refrigerator on craigslist for sale for like 100 bucks that still works and I was just wondering how practical it would be to remove the doors and replace them with glass and use that as a fridge? I realize the electric bill would be rediculous, but it would definatly be a large tank, with a built in chiller if it would work. I've read threads with people using refrigerators as tanks, but has anyone used one as a chiller/tank? Could this even be done? My guess is no, but I'm curious as to what the diy savy people have to say
