wow...i can see it now the largest saltwater pond in the world well except for the ocean ofcourse

I think that's still pretty cool a 115 ft deep end! Imagine swimming over crystal clear water of 115 feet woah.

I wonder how they work out the life guard systems though especially if a kid decides to drown in the deep end:WHOA:.

I love the tard on the comments page that wondered what there chlorine bill was :irked:, fricken read the article it's saltwater and the article isn't even that long ,shame. Okay just had to vent as i despise when people cooment on articles they haven't read or ask questions that are answered in it.:nilly:

No one comment on the effect releasing warmer water (9 degrees is a big difference) back into the ocean could have on the ocean? Where are the environmentalists..

Had to say that

Can't even imagine 115' deep pool..

The largest recirculating swimming pool is in Cincinnati, OH, where I'm from, and they have a lifeguard in a boat, and also a little island in the middle that sometimes has a lifeguard.

I'm guessing this pool is similar, but much bigger than the above. They probably have lifeguards stationed in boats and may have small islands also.

(That or it's mostly unattended swim at your own risk)

Its been there for weeks.

With the potential to have live fish in there with no harmful additives, adding some few thousand tuna would be great.
