Best part of this story are the locals where it was "discovered" are a little pissed because they have known about it for as long as they can all remember so they are a little confused how someone can "discover" something that is already common.

Sad part about the story is now that it's drawn all this attention and thanks to human deforestation of that region they predict that snake will be extinct in less than a years time.

Snakes give me the shivers normally, it's the no limb and eating things wider than itself thing, but I could tolerate that species
