Just wondering if it was a GOOD or BAD idea for feeding your fish air filled worms. I know that people use it for fishing but is it good for your fish. Would it hurt it's digestion process......I mean, have you ever heard of an arowana fart? Or any fish for that matter..... Anyhow, any input on the matter would be good.:D

fish do get gas, especially fish that eat lots of vegetation.

i would not do it. whats the point? besides, its not exactly something aros come across in nature. air in an aros stomach could also cause it some stress!

Won't your arow snaggem off the top?? Or while sinking?

I personally don't see it hurting as the way Arows I've seen, chew . So I would think that with those teeth :) That they would alleviate the worm of the air before swallowing.

:iagree: ...Just hand feed them instead it is so much funner. Save the worm blower for a fishing trip. Use a Carolina style rig and and allow the worm to float a couple feet off the bottom when fishing. But I wouldn't use it is aquariums at all.

I guess that is a possibility too...might not hurt em at all:confused: But if your arows are like mine a nightcrawler isn't chewed but sucked down quickly. Large shrimp is chewed....crawlers inhaled.
