hey guys i just got my worms in for my worm farm and they are climbing out of their 10 gal rubbermaid any help? please

fixed it, apparently they like to roam around after being balled up together in the mail. solution: dry bedding ontop of the regular bedding. i also dried the inside walls with a paper towel

we have a worm farm we use for growing our own bait. we have a 35 gallon rubbermaid. we took the top cut out a whole in the top and placed sum window screen over it, with a few staples. never had an issue with them climbing out

They tend to do when placed in new bin. What I started doing was put some fruits in a blender then just mix it with regular house potting soil so it isn't to watery that way they have food for them instead of waiting for it to break down a bit. This usually only happens when there new. But if your into gardening putting scraps in blender promotes faster breeding the more the breed the faster you end up with worm casting sooner.
